Smolka Tours Celebrates
its 30th Year of Quality Service
SHREWSBURY, NJ (January 16, 2009) -
Smolka Tours, European travel specialist for groups and individual travelers, is
proud to announce the successful completion of its 30th year in operation.
Serving customers since 1978, Smolka Tours has grown its business and has gained
recognition nationally and internationally.
Now under the management
of Doris and Douglas Clark of Shrewsbury, NJ Smolka Tours began under the ownership
of Peter and Theodora Smolka. It has been serving travel agents nationwide, arranging
group tours for performing groups (choirs, bands and orchestras), as part of its
all Europe offerings. Smolka Tours services were expanded in 1987 to include customized
tours, independent vacations and city programs. Doris Clark, a native Austrian,
and her husband Doug, became Smolka Tours’ new owners in 1995.
“Achieving our 30 year milestone is
a testament to the quality and service we have consistently provided to our customers
over the years,” explains Doris Clark, President. “As we continue to grow, we pledge to further enhance and improve our reputation
through innovative and expanded quality travel programs for groups and individuals.”
