Day 3: Truffle-Hunting & Wine-Tasting
Breakfast in hotel. Join guide for two hours of truffle-hunting in the woods of the Piemonte region. Free lunch. Take bus to Serralunga d'Alba for guided tour of Fontanafredda. Tour includes wine-tasting. Transfer to hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Sensorial Analysis of Truffle - Barolo Breakfast in hotel. Attend 90-minute sensorial analysis seminar to learn how to choose and eat truffle. An expert will reveal the multitude of secrets involved in assessing their appearance, smell and texture. Free lunch. Visit Barolo, a city famous for its wine. Transfer to hotel.
